In the may of 2006 we successfully obtained a certificate ISO 9001. This has a great import for us not as a symbol but just for practical implementation. Level of satisfaction

Major is routinely carrying out interrogations of its customers for evaluating the quality of provided services and uncovering complaints and wishes of customers. You can see results of our requests in 2008 at our Archive. From January 2009 requests for our customers are being made at 100-point rate. This provides more refined analysis of our activity.
